Ok folks, Easter is right around the corner! Make sure you don't succumb to impulse and buy chicks, ducks, bunnies, especially those dyed ones.
Most babies like this are discarded after a short time and they are undeserving of treatment like that. These critters are a 5-7 year committment at the least.
There is no where for them to go after you are tired of them. Rehabbers take wildlife, not cast off pets and not domestics. Petting zoos can only handle so many.
Please get a stuffed bunny, duck, chick instead.
